Not long back from the Hospital....Christine is now back home and getting acclimatised to home routines..... and de-climatised from the hospital routine...:thumb:...

good news both glad ya all ok chris
but mel get her back into the routine quickly you know wat women are like wen they rest to much so get her back into the kitchen mate and get her cooking dont forget the washing and ironing but Oh Please! keep the curlers out :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Well said Jaws.....also they said on Skye news last week... Banana's are good for if you have already had a stroke and also to help avoiding a stroke.. it's the high potassium content....after many years of research..:thumb:
