I have just bought a motor home never been out and want to know where I can wild camp in Cromer sheringham area for our trial voyage

Look for the "Park 4 Night" app in Google play there's loads of places in there.
Read the comments though, some places have become problematic.

Try "wild camping " on a CL or a Cs else you'll get the knock in the middle of the night and moved on by the rozzers.

But for your first night I would have a night on the drive just in case you've forgotten something vital or find something vital doesn't work.

Very difficult to do what you ask.
Suggest you join Caravan &. Motorhome Club and go to a Certificated Location (CL). A field with Max five vans,basic services.
