Apparently our 2007 Flair 700i motorhome has failed its MOT due to the Bi - Xenon Headlights not working as they should - i.e. the lever mechanism to switch from left to right hand drive to comply with UK regs. is basically irreparable and so requires a whole new fitment, not just the lever bit.
Apart from it having sailed through its Seven previous MOTs we are now told we need two new headlights...at a cost of, wait for it...£1200 + labour EACH!!! Are we being conned or can this be true? Iveco repairers (North) believe they are necessary and the Neisman dealers (Midlands) are willing to look independently for themselves ...so, just wondered if any of you had any helpful comments to add on this topic? The Halford headlight stick ons just won’t cut it I’m afraid!
