Has your spare alarm fob stopped working ? (1 Viewer)

My wife’s alarm fob has stopped working , has this happened to anybody else ? Also the reset light is now on permanently on the two pin dash unit , it’s a Phantom vanguard with a Gemini key fob , there is nothing to help in the hand book so any thoughts appreciated. I have put new battery in her fob .

I dont know anything about your vans system but we've had an issue on a Merc, we need to use the second key as it charges in the ignition slot.

Silly question but have you changed the battery in the remote. We have phantom and have changed our batteries.

I'd put a wheel clamp on her, just to be on the safe side.

I have a disk lock and a pedal lock and another thing in place hopefully that should be secure .that one went over my head jockaneezer it took a while .

Sorry just reread your post and you have changed battery.
On a previous motorhome we had the light on permanently and not responsive to the 2 pin reset fob. I phoned Gemini who talked me through a reset procedure.

After a short conversation with tech dept at Phantom the solution was easy sorted.
