ROFLTake the knob off. Place something hard inside the knob where the shaft goes ,keeping the knob away from the cooker a little, this was the cure for mine. Also when you have taken knob off use a pair of pliers instead of the knob.

Deadly serious, thetford s tip the hole in the knob was too long and not pushing the valve in far enough
