Hi,
First post and newly dipping a toe into the world of motorhome ownership.
Placed a deposit on my first van and now waiting for all the extras to be added and hopefully on a few weeks I’ll be the proud owner of a Malibu 640LE. Can’t bleedin’ wait!
Have hired a few in the past but to honest, I’ve been getting a little fed up with all the restrictions like having to leave at the crack of dawn to get the van back in time, (If you were in Padstow touring park a few weeks ago, I apologise for waking you at 5am!), fear of ‘damage‘ charges, etc, etc that I thought sod it, it’s time we bought our own. One came up at a good price so we pushed the button and here we are!
Im sure I’ll be asking quite a lot of you as hiring and owning are very different experiences indeed so be prepared for lots of ‘what does that do?’ with the obligatory out of focus photo.
