Gas bottle collecting

I am proud owner of 3 x 6kg Calor propane 1 x 7kg Calor butane 1 x 13kg Calor patio gas (propane) and 1 x 13kg Shellgas butane.
However, I want a 13k propane bottle. But everywhere is only swapping like for like and I just don’t want to pay another deposit and have yet another bottle.
Surely they are perpetuating the bottle shortage by making it so difficult to swap? Pleas don’t say go down the tip. They won’t let you have anything round here. (Poole)

Tried to get buy a bike of our local refuse tip and was told they all go to a charity now and everything is covered by cameras so no recycling .

Hi, my local calor, and most calor gas dealers swap any calor empty for full bottles of any size, l swapped an empty 4.5 kg butane ( blue bottle) for a full 6kg propane ( red bottle) so chose a better calor dealer, look at the calor website

I swopped out 2 of the 6kg for 2 13kg at no extra charge.
