We didn't until we entered the event #you'renotalone

We are having a Funster micro meet at Neuendorf with Funsters @BJKD and a non funster (but funster friend). We are about 40k east of Rostock. Apparently its good for biking and windsurfing here but unfortunately it's raining.

Photos snatched just before the storm hit, and the thunder is impressive!

Rocky ( the mountain bike) is back in Retford. Picking it up in October.
Yes we're with David and Keith and Sandra. Only for one night tho, our ferry to Scandiland is tomorrow .

We're in the UK sometime before October 10th cos that's when we take a ferry back out from there! That ferry's booked but the one going in isn't!! All depends on circumstances in Scandiland, e.g. weather!

Been for a short stroll to neighbouring village. Many houses with thatched roofs.

There are kilometres of flat cycleways here but we don't have time! Another place to revisit.

We will be travelling through Belgium and Germany in October if you fancy a mini tour on the way back to Spain. Well, I know that isn't really the way back to Spain, but hey.

Now I'm not going to do a GTB here obviously so no piccies of food ...EXCEPT ... our meal today, the first in proper Scandiland, just to compare to what we're eating at the end

We've just had salad with tomatoes, basil and parmesan shavings (I do watch some cookery programmes ) with steak and potatoes and chopped onions drizzled with garlic oil. A little coleslaw and horseradish is on there also. My drink of choice (necessity) was a glass of white and Martin had a beer.

Just how different our last meal will be remains to be seen sometime in September!

I've copied this from the morning thread and I'll add a bit more.

Martins domain!!!

We cycled to the event camping today but we've decided its too far to go each day so well take the motorhome. We've sussed out a wild camping spot for tomorrow night after the event. We're being tight cos they want 600 SK for three nights camping in a field. It's gone up from 450SK pre ordered!!! We couldn't access their site to register early enough for this price so we'll save the money to spend on ....???? something more interesting than a farm field!

The orienteering terrain looks great .. more info after tomorrow.

The village here has a retail "attraction". Off to research what it is. Whatever ... it attracts many motorhomes.
