After a lot of encouragement on here not to give up after brand new rubbish I bought ended up going back and full refund being given I did look around and at the local van show saw the Wildax pcv what a difference in quality to auto trail (i can,t believe aut trail won a camper of the year award don't they read forums) trouble with wildax is as with all quality vehicles expensive.
then by luck I saw a secondhand Aurora xl at Wiltshire motor-homes which we are now the proud owners of and what a difference in dealers sales rep Oliver was not pushy but pointed out everything we might not be aware of and obviously new his vehicles inside out now the bit where this dealer went beyond what I have become accustomed to in this day and age, I had arranged to pick the vehicle up the next Monday as we were away in Bournemouth for a w/e break unfortunate while in Bournemouth I had a slight stroke after being told I could not drive for a month and also told if I had another within that week it would be 6 months depending how big the stroke was. Anyway my wife very upset phoned Oliver to tell him we may not be able to buy the camper he was fantastic he told my wife not to worry about the camper, they would if necessary give a full refund. but they would hold it for as long as we wanted until hospital had done all their checks and given us a definitive answer. I am now on the mend an luckily not had another stroke decided to go ahead with the camper and my son kindly picked it up for us and Oliver came to the station to pick us up. He also assured me should my medical problems get any worse just call him and they would deal with the camper for my wife.
So ther e you have it we have a new to us van ab d a fantastic dealer to work with
