Hi we have just bought a 2005 Autotrail Cheyenne 630se. Does anyone know how to remove the flue cover outside so we can use the water heater on gas. Manual not very good at explaining.

Hi, if it is a squarish plastic cover you just pull it off from the bottom there are two lugs which it sits on and one lug on the top .

Hold hand flat on the top, pull bottom outwards away from the van, then it lifts off from the top..
To refit. Place top edge on first as this has 2 lugs and then snap in at the bottom. Sometimes needs a firm tap/bang with a flat hand.
They can be a bit stiff..

Thankyou very much, we managed to get it off without breaking it.

You are doing better than me then. I managed to break ours it was so tight. I shaved a bit off the new one so it comes off a touch easier.
