Fault P0268 Cylinder 3 injector Circuit high

Hi, can anyone assist, twice my engine management light has come on and the van has gone into limp mode. The obd scanner shows above. any idea on the cause and hopeful repair.

Appreciate you have a van but same code and possible fix above

Short circuit on number 3 injector check the electrical connection is on tight. If you are lucky that will solve your problem is not likely you will need a replacement injector

Unplug & clean the connector to the injector.
Use an injector cleaner for diesel in the fuel tank.

How old is the van.
A while ago there was a problem with the injector harness being too short and pulling on the plug at the injector.
A new extended harness was the cure
