As anyone stopped the Falkirk wheel campsite.
If so what did you think about it any good.
Thank you

Yes, great stop but the fresh water taps had a different thread size (to virtually every other water tap in the UK) and my adapter wouldn't fit. I believe it was larger but hopefully someone else will note the size needed.

That’s why I use a watering can, works every time 👍

Stayed at the carpark for a couple of nights last year. Loads of space and a fairly flat cycle ride to the Kelpies once you get to the cycle path.

I'm not sure but I think the Kelpies park is a lot cheaper. If you have a bike it's easy to cycle from one to the other.

edit - not much actually £15 at Wheel £12.50 at Kelpies.

Stayed there last week. Great location and view of the wheel. Easy walk or cycle to the Kelpies.
Not a campsite, more in the style of an Aire. Tap won't fit any adaptor I know, but I just removed my connector and pushed the hose on to the spout.
The Kelpies stop is right by the motorway and very very noisy.
We walked between the two attractions in 3 hours. Not the prettiest canalside walk, but flat.
