Will be using tunnel in August however due to work commitments will not be setting of till 6pm and its a 5 hr drive. Rather than taking the 2320 train assume i nake it on time or the 123am and stopping at cite de Europe would prefer to stop over UK side and travel in morning.
Was thinking Canterbury P&R however understand height barriers in operation after 8pm.
If memory serves correctly you have to check in at tunnel before using car park.
If book ticket for say 6am or 7am departure instead will they let me in early or tell me to take next train
Other option is to find a stop over enroute instead and depending on stopover distance from tunnel take slightly later morning train ie 8am or 9am.
Although other option maybe just to forget Fri eve set of Sat am take us time and get an afternoon crossing and stop at cite de Europe.
Hoping someone can assist / clarify.
