I don't think it was the smoking that killed pubs . It's the price of alcohol.I don't smoke, but I recognize that it's decimated pubs
It should have been the landlords decision, we are a non smoking pub or we are a smoking pub
Banning things is always the wrong legislation
Food pubs are always still busy cause not reeking of smoke
