Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere- I've tried searching but can't find anything. I have an Adria Twin with a fixed double bed. Unfortunately there is nowhere to put my early money coffee/tea until it's cool enough to drink. I can just about balance it on the top edge of the fridge- but that's an accident waiting to happen. I'm guessing that people on here have found neat and creative ways around this? Unhelpful responses would include: get out of bed and drink it; hold it until it cools down; balance it on my wife's forehead; have a cold drink; make it lukewarm and use a cup with a spout. So- serious suggestions?

Any good?

I guess you need a tray that will fix to a wall without damaging the finish.

So do I, so I'll watch with interest.

Are your beds transverse or longitudinal? I ask because I guess it might be easier to mount something on the rear doors than it would on the walls.

Transverse. With my bit nearer the cab (hence I can balance a cup on part of the fridge top!).

Just drink alcohol if you spill it, it just evaporates.
If I end up drinking Talisker for breakfast I am going to blame this forum, and you specifically, for being a bad influence and contributing to my inevitable downfall.

Maybe a suction drink holder along these lines.

Apologies in advance for the gratuitous use of a picture of a semi naked lady

Bit pricier but very good and can be used in so many ways.

Amazon product ASIN B007CYBY5C
This looks interesting. And as you say- seems quite versatile. This may even fit under the mattress "at the pillow end" and provide useful surface in the middle of the bed. May even fold up out of the way when not needed. Will check this out. Thanks.

Two Command removable hooks and a cheap hanging shelf from eBay/Amazon. I remove shelf when travelling. It holds my book and glasses at night.

Any fitted like that you are bound to spill your drinks,

I brought two of these for our Adria, they work very well just a tad dear, but have had them for eight years without a spill, so saved a fortune on laundry,

Got quite excited by this. As Lucky says- so simple. However- the "bedroom" walls on the van are sort of furry (!) and I dont thing adhesive hooks will work.

A bit like the jacuzzi- didn't spot the £D printer on the options list! However- a neat design. Bet there are similar versions out there?
