After two cancellations (our fault not theirs) we are off to CareAvan today to get the van reupholstered. Here is a before pic with after pics to follow.

Yep me to, we have the same dreary old upholstery in our van, but cover most of it with rugs n stuff but have toyed with the idea of reupholstering, I think Jim had his done and although he posted before pics I'm not sure if he ever posted after??

We had ours done by tappers at Cotteridge of Bham very good job Richard was very obliging came and collected all the stuff very pleased with it thought it was cheaper than buying another van .

I'm sure I read on mhf they didn't do it themselves , but a well known company did it.
I know it's not careavan.

We are pitched up in their compound, hooked up to leccy with the cab seats gone and the covers off the living area, doesn't look very nice at the moment. Staff have been brillient, when we couldn't decide the final design, we had the main sales person, the production manager and a cutter in here helping us decide.

Just off for a meal at the nearby Beefeater.

I think the Hymer pattern is still available if you want to re-upholster it.

Will post photos of the cab seats tomorrow as it was all a bit hectic at the end of the day.

CarAvan were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. They refitted the head rest stood back and the guy said "that's not good enough" and took it back to the work shop. We couldn't see anything wrong with it but his experienced eye obviously could.
