I'm new to MoHoing and am looking at the sites listed on park4night. Some of them have 'dogs allowed' logo but others don't. For the ones that don't, does this mean you can't take a dog at all....even if the dog stays in your MoHo (apart from setting off for a walk, of course)? Thank you.

Park4night is mainly Aires, wild spots & carparks.
I think the ones with without the dog sign just means there is no info. If they are carparks, wild spots it won't be a problem.

That's great! Thank you so much (y)

If you are in UK you should look at www.searchforsites.co.uk, its got the most UK sites between the two.

Thanks, Irnbru, but I'm in The Charente, France :giggle:

Never had any issues or seen signs indicating no dogs allowed in any French aire.

I've come across "Caramaps" recently. Not tried them yet but worth a look

We use park4night in France all the time with 2 dogs. Never a problem.... Assume dogs are ok except when stated. You'll have to learn to interpret the description and comments but for wild camping it's the best one to use. Last 2 nights stayed in the Quercy, a huge area with 4 vans, 5 dogs, could have fitted in many more. All the dogs just roamed together.
