Up until now I haven't kept one, Its one of those things we keep meaning to do and somehow it never gets started but due to your post I have started one at BlogSpot now.
Your map and stickers are a good idea.

I bought a diary this year to record our journeys, I can be quite forgetful and confused to where I have and have not been.
Even so we went to Spain for the winter I have not yet filled in a single page of my diary as I can't remember where I've left it!
