Just tried to add our Swift to our account and it says its already on the system presumably from the previous owner, so I had to do it as if I didn't have an account, which they have closed anyway as I haven't used it this year and its got £10 on it, they won't reopen it unless I drive over/under in the RV or make a payment of £10 to my account. Can I just get my £10 back?
 
You need to email their Customer Service Department. It takes about a month before you actually get your money back once they can find you on their system and email to let you they've found your old account.

The telephone CS can't help because they're a different Department!
