Crystal Palace C&MC Site Lease Expiring Dec '18 (1 Viewer)

Can't see that this has been posted previously.

I've just been on the C&MC app, booking a few dates to visit my son in London and a warning comes up, stating that the Crystal Palace site is closing early, on 18th December 2018 as the lease expires at the end of 2018.

The club are currently talking with the landlord about an extension, which I personally hope goes well, as the site entrance is a only couple of minutes walk from my son's house.

Hope they get the extension, the Bristol site is hanging in there , just. I suppose these type of sites must be worth an absolute fortune which puts lots of pressure on them when the lease is coming to an end.

That is the Baltic Wharf site, on which the Bristol City Council wants to build a new school. Young kiddies, harbour on one side, river on the other side, what could possibly go wrong?
