Crit’Air sticker

Just applying for sticker on official website. When it comes to vehicle type section have the choice of. Passenger cars(M1 category). Or Light utility vehicles (N1 category). On our V5, section J:Vehicle category is blank. Our van is a PVC 3500kg. Any advice on which one to pick would be appreciated

Not sure now what I applied for but the sticker is Yellow with a large white 2 in the image and registration number.
It is a 3500kg registered motorhome. Sorry cannot help further.

I've tried completing the online application, although I don't have a CO2 figure available to fill in on the form. I've uploaded the Logbook PDF, apparently successfully but when it comes to validating myself by the Captcha box nothing seems to happen. Has anyone had any issues with the website...
