Correct adhesive

Hi I am bonding an oyster satellite base plate to the roof of our new van it is fibreglass, Sean at Reliance has recommended either Sika 221 or HB40 I was just asking if there was anything better to use, I am aware of the need for all the prep etc. many thanks
