Corfu and mainland Greece around Igoumenitsa road quality?

Can anyone recommend for/against motorhoming in these areas over the next few months? I'm mainly concerned about narrow Greek roads on Corfu, or is it all signposted or self explanatory where to go?

The roads around Igoumenitsa aren't a problem for a motorhome, however I've I can't say about the roads on Corfu!

Modern motorway and good quality roads pretty much everywhere on the main routes

I drove round Corfu in a small car last summer and some of the smaller roads were horrific- huge potholes etc. The main routes around Corfu Town were fine though.

You will be ok in Corfu. Yes some of the roads are crap.But you just take your time. No one is usually in a rush.We go every year. And we fancy taking motorhome. But it's cheaper to fly and hire a car.

Great thanks all, that's reassuring! We are 3.3t and 2.2m wide so hopefully will be ok even on hairier roads.

We were on Corfu a year ago last week and we commented on how bad the roads have got away from the major resorts (and even in some of them). And you can't always drive round some of them, you have to go through them.

Not on Corfu, Went 5 years ago to Corfu and was so disappointed.It was filthy,,rubbish everywhere.It was a relief to cross over to Igomista and travel south down the coast. Loved Corfu 40 years ago,,such a shame.BUSBY.
