Spanish locator site wouldn't accept anything from aol., Microsoft, Hotmail and others causing problems at the port. Some cancelling not able to get the locator form.

Be prepared to have to do the form at the port - get there in plenty of time

We did that in December. Young lady on the desk sorted it, gave us a printed copy and sent us an email as well.

We had the same problem as Badknee in late November.

Again, sorted out by the Terminal staff at the Port.
