Thinking about an avtex tv for the bedroom area at back of MH. We have French Bed style but there is no good place to fit a bracket onto a side wall because the Shower wall is there. So option is to get a ceiling bracket and drop it down.

Does anyone have one fitted and whether or not its practical. I guess I would have to make a small metal plate for the outside of the roof to prevent the bolts from pulling through under pressure as well as putting silkaflex sealant on the outside.

I would rather not touch the wall where the shower tbh.

There is the option of bolting to the underside of the wall mounted cupboards but I don't know if they could take the weight.

Use adhesive to fix a plate to the shower wall then fit the bracket to that?

I would bolt to the cupboard floor.
The ceiling isn't rigid enough to bolt right through, the roof will compress as you tighten the bolts...its only a foam cored sandwich and as well as looking a real bodge on the roof its a future leak pont.
The cupboard will be plenty strong enough.

This is what I have done with a quick release bracket, though I don't travel with the tv attached to it.
