Motorists are being warned to expect 'long delays' after a campervan was completely destroyed by fire on the outskirts of Exeter, causing severe traffic congestion.

Devon Live reports two separate incidents in the area.
Car and caravan overturned at bottom of A38 Haldon Hill heading towards Exeter during heavy rain.
Then the campervan incident occurred on the A380, also heading towards Exeter.
These two roads join before joining the M5
