Which is best Campercontact or park4night or are they the same using the same places

Another vote for Camper Contact.

We find that Park4Night is good to find parking places but don’t like some of the places it suggests for overnighting. We have stayed on some of them though, when they look OK.

Both are useful and worth having.

I use both and by reading reviews on both sites usually we get no surprises on arrival.

Thank you I’ve use Campercontact for years so I’ll stick with it

Only use Park4night when desperate, nearly always takes us to places totally unsuitable for a normal size Motorhome. Used it once on our last trip took us to a carpark that you would have struggled to get a people carrier in, no chance with a Motorhome.

Have used cc for a number of years and some good and some not so good aires.
Park4night can be just a car park that you struggle to get a car in let alone a camper but also some places not mentioned on cc that are good .
The other one I use is search for sites a free app
Some good spots and a lot of Brit stops on there with reviews so you can make your mind up
Another one
A hive of info

I use both and both have issues !
CC is accurate but sparse locations
P4N has sent us to several places that do not exist ( at the said location ), places that I would not park a guarded armoured car at, or places that a push bike would struggle to use !

Being on the main FLT's, we find park4night suits us more but we have learnt our lesson and now use Google maps to take a look at park4night sites that might be a bit iffy before setting off for them.

for the piffling amount they cost have both. P4N has got me out of the merde more times than I can remember at places not listed in CC. I’m not wild on planning though. Most places have been fine if not excellent and as Two on Tour say, no harm in checking location on Google maps. I also use CC but prefer P4N.

We find both Campercontact and Search for Sites to be good. We use them in combination and have never been short of finding somewhere decent to stay.
As others have already said, we wouldn't really like to stay in some of the places listed on Park4Night.

used to use camper contact but kept crashing and telling us we needed to upgrade when we already had now mainly use search4sites or park4night never had any problems with either as long as you look at the info given read reviews and check on street view.

was let down in Bruge by all three but that was because the authorities had closed the two sites we were trying to overnight in the day before we arrived

We use both cc and park 4 night. I tend to use park 4 night more in the UK but only when comments have been left, which helps me decide if it is suitable for a 7m can and overnighting.
Also Google Park my motorhome, (which may have stopped updating now) gives (UK) local authority car park details that can be useful eg Canterbury Park and ride and Windsor are both listed.

search for sites is the best IMHO, mapping much better and it is in English as are 99% of the reviews.
