cambelt and tyres

Have a 2011 apache had tyres and cambelt fitted 5yrs ago only done 500 miles Not use for 3 years do to illness and covid will i have to replace both items

Cambelt yes, but unless tyres are obviously cracked, perished or distorted then they'll be fine.

I would be concerned that the tyres have been sat in one position with the weight of the moho in one spot. Have they been in the sun for three years? Any cracks? Any bulges?
I would change the cambelt definitely.
