I know this is an old post but we too have a Pilote A class that apparently will need the cam belt changed next year (it's a 2016 van)
What are the issues with regards to getting it changed on an A class? Is it just clearance/room or is it a major disassembly to do it?

Yes, thank you
Try a commercial Fiat/Iveco garage I think you are in the Midlands being a Stoney address . Up int north we have a Heavy commercial dealership on Walton Summit ( Junction30 M6) who are fully switched on to Pilote motorhomes as they do all the work for Signature Motorhomes. I don't know when you need it done but when all this is over you could combine it with a trip, some great places to stay in Lancs
