I Hope you all don't mind me letting you know but the launch day for my first ever book Captain's French Adventures is on the 12th December.
I have received a lovely review, it's listed on Amazon in paperback and the Kindle version will be listed shortly. I hope my book (if you buy it) makes you smile! It has 328 pages 44,000 words, pictures, cartoons & Illustrations so it's not a lightweight!

I am having a book signing day at Sue's Victorian tea room in Barnsley!

All the best Steve
More information will be on my blog site http://www.stevengking.me for any questions

Congratulations Cap'n!

Looks like a good read, I'll pick up a paperback, still prefer it to the Kindle, the wife can read it too then. (y)

Nivver is! By 'eck, ah'll goo ter t' foot an owr stairs! *

A tad chilly here too, but that's because we've been having cloudless skies - our house solar panels have just racked up their best December week ever. BUT... this morning's half blue sky/ half cloud & looks a bit threatening, the forecast says it might not get any better than 7 degrees today.

* EDIT: when I was young I always thought that referred to Stairfoot!

Cheer's I am sure you will have a laugh at the cartoons and I think cartoons are better in a book
