    I'm afraid I'd be one of those annoying people you hear about , that move to a beautiful little village then get annoyed by church bells ringing and cockerels crowing .
    I have to have quiet whilst I'm trying to sleep::bigsmile:
    I wouldn't insist on a cockerel cull or ban on the bells though, like some do. :Doh:
    But I'd check on the local churches ringing practice before we bought , that's for sure.:Blush:

    Our Village Church Clock rings every 1/4 hour 24/7/365 , and a couple times a year Bell ringers come from all over to ring, starts at 0900 and goes to 2100.:Doh:

    We go out those days:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

    There was an Incomer that bought almost next door to the Church in St Day, spent squillions doing up the property before moving down. Found out AFTER moving, that the clock chimed every 1/4 hour, and tried to start a petition to have them stopped,

    FOR SALE notice went up very quickly:thumb:
