The code is supposed to be for Friends and Family but some some people just give it out to any Tom Dick Harry or Liz.

That may be so, but I'm sure that very few, if any, of those who ask for a code are a 'friend' of anyone on here otherwise they'd phone them to request it.
I'm sure BF don't much care how friendly their customers are to each other.
It's a BF offer, not a Fun discount.
