Hi I got 60w at the moment but would like to up rate as I want to fit extra battery the one fitted is a year old and its a wet one I’m looking at 250w kit going to fit myself any tips what make to buy do you think Ebay or amazon Andy

Got my panel from photonic universe. Where ever you get it from I would use a specialist rather than just ebay. (a specialist on ebay is ok )

Our 100 watt and 150 watt panels are Photonic Universe, running via a Victron 75/15 MPPT controller.
If your a Camping and Caravan club member then you can get 10% off of Photonic Universe gear.

I'm also considering solar panels.

Is it best to buy from a local supplier and transport them yourself and save on P&P ?

Or, possibly purchase from a remote supplier and risk damage in transit and the accompanying hassle, if this should occur.

My nearest supplier is Sunstore, near Worthing, West Sussex. Don't know if anyone has purchased from this company and can advise on their reputation. Think @Lenny HB lives in that area and may have used them or has knowledge of them. Thanks.

Have you checked the panels will fit the roof spaces?

Good point. I'm looking for two long and relatively narrow panels to go on the back, either side of the small rooflight.

I'll check the range of sizes available from my local supplier. Thank you.

Bimble solar nr Lewes very knowledgeable and good prices

Don’t hesitate in buying from Photonic Universe via EBay they sell top quality kit including Votronic Regulators which are definitely the best, I have just purchased four Solar Panels that were shipped to Spain and they arrived via UPS in perfect condition.

I've posted on here before about this, but steer clear of Biard flexible panels, their failure rate is terrible.
