Hi
Can anyone recommend a decent make battery and supplier, the batteries are actually for a mobility scooter, I'm not asking for spec or performance etc, just what's a decent make and reputable supplier

I've always found Tayna Batteries very good and Battery Megastore. Best to go for top branded batteries like Exide, Sonnenschine & Varta.

Hi Lenny
Will give these people a look, we've had a few batteries over the years from the mobility shop's, but no makes of battery I actually recognise and they have never been that great, so want to try a proven make this time, thanks again

Also Alpha Batteries, they do a full range of batteries, car, leisure, commercial, golf carts etc.
For flooded Lead-acid batteries, I've found Varta and Yuasa are good. One consequence of that is, I've not got much experience buying new batteries.

Great, thanks will look at Alpha Batteries (y), before i start my searches, I really need to dismantle the box the batteries are housed in, to get a closer look at the specification.
