We would like to spend a few days in Benidorm so which site would funsters recommend. We have previously used a Aire that is positioned between Benidorm and Alicante next to the metro and that was very handy.
This time we would like to call into the gay bars whilst Eurovision is on on Saturday plus I have promised Philip a salt covered whole fish from one of the restaurants on tapas alley (recommendation please).
A few days with a pool wouldn’t hurt either but not essential.
Thanks for any and all info good or bad.

Staying for just a few days is expensive. I'd park up near the market (not Wednesdays or Sundays) or use one of the ACSI sites.

That area is quite noisy at night with the local boy racers and Police there are quite a few sites that take ACSI just a few hundred metres away

We have always used one but there are three decent touring sites all close to each other on the number 10 bus route or a 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants on Avienda Doctor Severo Ochoa (El Raco, La Torreta, Arena Blanca )

@Ven unfortunately they don’t allow more than 8.5 m motorhomes at arena Blanca.
We are 9m long but thanks anyway.

If you haven't got a dog try Villasol with ACSII

Villamar takes "big uns" has a pool and a bar in similar theme to a working mans or miners club with entertainment. A good 3.5km walk to the beach, or No 10 bus. Not our cup of tea, but clearly, many love it.

We always stay at Torreta, it's one of the closest to town. The flood plain at the bottom of the site is virtually empty, just us and 2 others.
Everybody is saying how quiet it is for May, we had the pool to ourselves the other day..

We stayed at camping Arminello last week for a few days, nice clean site with 2 small pools, it’s an ACSI site. 10/15 walk to the main area.

We actually opted for Villasol.
Site big enough clean tidy with a nice pool.
€20 a night. Perfect for what we needed.
How long are you staying for? It's €15 a night here if you stay for 45 nights. I think it's 26 a night though for a week
