In excellent condition although box is a bit shabby.

I used this in my motorhome in Morocco where the electric supply is dodgy and the voltage can be as low as 180V. This caused all sorts of problems with the systems in the motorhome but this little box sorted the problem brilliantly.

Yes you would struggle to get it in your hand luggage weight allowance.
