Autocruise Starfire cycle rack mounting

I'm trying to find out if my 2006 Starfire has the cycle rack fitted in the correct position. Also what the max loading on it should be (the endwall, not the cycle rack). Thinking of getting a couple of ebikes and am not sure if it will compromise the rear wall. I have carried two normal bikes (total 28kgs) but the ebikes will be about 38kgs total.
