The electric roof light in my Autocruise won’t open. When I press the switch to open it nothing happens at all. I thought it might be a fuse but the small lights in the sides of the housing are working so I’m assuming it isn’t. Any thoughts?

I do not know the Autocruise electrical system myself but the fuse locations will be shown in the Autocruise owner hand book, if you have one. If not , try looking at the PSU (power supply unit) as this will have fuses hopefully including a power roof one.

Really helpful, thank you

I would presume that if the lights work the vent works as they should be on the same circuit.

Is their a manual override like a knob to turn?
Perhaps it’s just stuck down with the lack of use.

If the small lights only come on with the main lights there could be a separate fuse for the electric motor within the roof light housing . There is a 10 amp fuse within the Dometic Midi-Heki version roof light housing, for the motor , if that is the type/make of your roof-light.
