Have seen a m/home that I am interested in but...

It has a non-cassette waste... How much of an issue is this? Am I worrying about nothing? I know the continent has drive over wastes but how prevalent are they in the UK?

If you're still reading the best option is a maserator to fit your 3" waste outlet.
Attach to the macerator a 1" discharge hose which will allow the macerator to pump up to maybe 30mtrs to a regular cassette emptying point.
Cassette points (elsan) are invariably higher than ground level so without a macerator pump you won't be able to empty apart from using a bucket, one bucket at a time.
Are you talking about toilet waste?

Or, the grey water waste, sink etc.

If grey water waste then that is fine.

We are looking at a laika motorhome...don't you love autocorrect!. The toilet goes to a tank not a cassette and it has a approx 3 inch pipe to empty

Very few locations geared up to take toilet waste on a drive over.
Worst case scenario can you carry a suitable container and discharge into that for emptying.

Personall, I'd walk away.

Not sufficient infrastructure in our country to support your needs as we're just not geared up for it, unless you're cousin Eddie 😅😀

The only black tanks I know of on European MH’s have a macerator on the inlet to the tank

that is what we have, only twice in 8 years have we not been able to drop at ground level and been full

if we couldn’t move on we have decanted into a cassette we carry and walked it to the elsan like everyone else does

otherwise drop with grey water, black first, then grey through same hose and be sure no residue left at end , but rarely is, macerated black waste has no more bits than grey waste 👍
