Anyone used "ebikebatteries."

Been in touch with ebikebatteries.co.uk about a e-bike battery rebuild --they send a courier out to fetch your battery and rebuild and send back after payment.My worry is that they state that you send and receive battery at your own risk -no compensation if lost by them or the courier.Only other way is for me to arrange courier and insurance,Seems strange to me!

I’ve never had the need to use that company but their terms and conditions are laughable. If they are expecting you to hand over your battery to their courier the insurance cost to them is only about 20p if it doesn’t arrive and the same cost to cover for loss when they send it back to you.
