We recently ordered a part, the website did not accept my existing email address and password. so I set one up to John's email.
Money has gone from account, fortunately have a screenshot as neither of us has received any email information.
site doesn't recognise either of our emails or passwords. realise they may be at a show for easter. but have tried phoning it doesn't even go to voicemail. have emailed giving both our emails and the order number, still no response.
I typed in the address rather than follow a link. need the part in the next day or so.
edited to add my laptop keyboard has not recovered from the red wine incident. (ordered on Ipad)
