Southdowns Motorhomes in Portsmouth. Have you tried the efoy support direct in Germany, speak perfect english and were very helpful when I had a few questions. Else have you tried a reset by unplugging the control unit and power from the main unit wait 10 seconds and reconnect.

Are you sure that it is working but your batteries are up to voltage?

Thanks Richard but He told me hadn't done them for years because he couldn't make money at it.

Done all this several times, it says it's starting but doesn't actually manage it.but no error messages .
Guy in Munich, said that I could get a service report for €65 plus carriage but cost could be anywhere between 200 and 2000, he was pretty unhelpful and made

Try phoning Fuel Cell Systems in Hungerford 01488 507050 . They do Efoy repairs, I was shown round their workshop (pre Covid). They are very helpful and talked me through the settings on the phone when I wasn’t sure what was happening. If it isn’t showing any faults it is probably ok, they take several minutes after the initial start up before the charging starts and pause from time to time to read the battery voltage. Check the voltage settings in the expert menu, on my model that involves pressing menu and ok simultaneously but your model may be different.

Try grove leisure products Hyde Cheshire. They supplied my 1600 10 years ago. When it broke they sent it back to efoy Germany for repair , weather they do it for others now I don’t know

Don’t bin it, you may still get a few £s even for a defective one.
