Another cooking problem?

WITHOUT AN OVEN, how do you heat up ready made pies etc. cottage pie, lasagna, pizza and other ready made pies. Tried double skillet but could not get on with it. Tried pizza and lasagna in the DS but bottom of both burnt and top not cooked.

We've bought something something similar to the Omnia stove-top but it has a round 'dish' type middle piece (rather than the circular one with a hole in the middle that Omnia has). Bought it in France and don't know the make I'm afraid but works brilliantly

If you have an external Gas point you could use an Ooni they also do Skillets that you can use in it I have one of the skillets but have not used it yet, there are also wood fired Ooni's

Hi Mrs Colyboy,
When I just had the 2 gas rings and a grill, I found it easier to turn my thinking around. What can we have that I can cook in 2 saucepans plus a steamer on top of one?

You can even make your own pies .

Now look what you have done, I'm going to have try that, except with fresh ingredients, I wouldn't want it tasting like an FB pie.
