Alko Hy4 Problem

One of the 4 hydraulic lifting cylinders has lost its oil due to a loose fitting. How do I top up the oil and is the oil standard ISO 30 hydraulic oil or is it synthetic? Can I get a manual for this system, as the ALKO booklet given with the system is light on useful info.

I have the system fitted to my Autotrail at the factory years ago and recently decided to have it serviced. I found A&E Leisure in Cosgrove, near Northwich, fit the system new so have arranged to go there.
You are correct in that the technical advice on the product is light but A&E say they can do a comprehensive check. I am sure they could help you.
