Cab air con ? I understood it to be a big job involving lots of dismantling of the oily bits and taking several days.
Apologies - didn't notice they wanted CAB aircon - big job!!

Saw the photograph on the forum of someone who was doing the cab Aircon themselves? It looks like a massive job and hats off to whoever could do that. I can only imagine it would cost a fortune to have. This is not a flippant answer, but Martin59 have you considered a 12 V fan or fans that reach into the cab area as you noticed this in many hot countries as the easy option.

Retro-fit cab air is certainly possible but, as others have mentioned - big job = expensive! :( :rolleyes:

We had aircon fitted to a Mercedes saloon about 20 years ago by Mercedes, involved fitting an a/c compressor, couple of brackets, hoses and different aux belt, cost about £500 then.
