I know you can scan a copy of the AHC to Brittany ferries and they will tell you if it is correct before you travel ,but my question is can you do the same with Eurotunnel

We were not offered that option two weeks ago. We’re returning tomorrow morning and the dog now has a brand new french pet passport. We’ll see how that goes in the morning.

I was paranoid about our AHC being refused at the tunnel people saying that they go over it with a fine tooth comb. We went to the animal reception they looked at the first page only, then passed me the chip scanner , checked both dogs chip numbers and gave me our boarding ticket, 5 minutes if that.

Yeah I was pretty much the same. In and out in a couple of minutes.

I mentioned to them that Eurotunnel has emailed us double check the form.
They said they do loads each week.

Half hour later form was ready for me to sign...name was wrong.

11.30am went to collect and date of birth was wrong! They stamped and signed it and promised it would be ok...
We got 20% off the price.and next check up free after complaining..

Got through with no probs thank the lord.
So people please double check before leaving.
