Bessacarr e435

Hey peeps,
I have a bessacarr e435 and the water isn't pumping properly.

If I turn on with the red switch it pumps for ever, but taps and shower don't produce any water.
Found a yellow switch at hot water tank and tried in all 3 positions.
Nada.....any ideas what is happening?
TIA
GEORGE.

is there water in the tank?
is water appearing under the van when the pump is running?
is possible that the pipes are frozen?
have you previously drained the system?

Don't know your van, but like denise and Joe say, it was bloomin cold last night... Could the automatic dump have kicked in?

Does it have a low temp dump valve on the boiler? If it has it's a fair bet that it has opened to protect the boiler from frost. Someone will be along shortly with a picture showing what it looks like and how to close it.

Check this, if you have one.

I’m guessing that is your boiler drain valve you’ve opened....if you’ve moved it.

Did it look something like this

If so your probably either out of water or frozen....😢

Our van has three drains. One that drains the taps and pipes. Above pic is the one.
An auto dump on the boiler that opens at low temperatures automatically. Looks like a black curved box with a blue knob on top and blue push button on the side.

Also, a knob on the top of the tank that drains the main tank.

Remember that it takes some time to fill the boiler when you run the hot taps and takes about 10 litres depending on your system.

Need to put yellow drain valve switch in vertical position again.....the water was coming out of disconnected pipe at toilet flush, inside the cupboard where you change the toilet box.
Follow the gravity.......thanks to all, Georgio

Sounds like it froze and popped off a joint?
