Advice Please

I have a 2014 vauxhall movano van which is medium wheelbase with a factory fitted PLASTIC high top, can anyone tell me whether I can fit a windout awning to this van. Some have told me that I can't therefore DVLA WILL NOT CLASS IT AS A MOTOR CARAVAN. Is this true, please help me.

I don't think even with one you'll be classified as a MC as they all seem to be getting designated as vans with windows. As for if you can fit one, do you have a picture of your van so we can see it?
