This gate was on a walk from Brownsham to Clovelly in North Devon today.

We weren't sure whether to go through it or round it. We went round it, but made sure it was shut so the sheep didn't escape.

I would have climbed over it….

Even better, cider for £3.50 a pint from the club bar, sat in the evening sun with a view of Snowdonia.

On our way to the top of Caernedd Llewellyn yesterday. At 1064m, only 21m lower than Snowdon, but a much more challenging climb.

Looking down onto the peak of Tryfan and the Ogmore valley.

Last traces of last winter's snow.

Having a well deserved lie in this morning!
