In my dreams. Always has been. At one time I enjoyed having a licence permitting me to drive one of these and loved it. As I anticipate this bus exceeds my licence, sadly it must now remain a dream.

Any Town or City, and perhaps use the Bus Lane, might be a bit expensive on ULEZ charges, but picking up a few passengers should cover that.

Where could you take that?
In the early 1980's I became a part time coach driver, thinking along similar lines as to where could I park it, I can honestly say that I never had a problem. I imagine that drivers of American motorhomes would equally find places without too much trouble.
As for being a double decker, or two story motorhome, a magical project with great views from upstairs.

Wherever i have been,there were allways lorries/buses etc coming towards me. So...... " Coast to coast,keeping going 'till my wheels get wet " ...... Bird man. RIP. on the CB,whenever in passing you asked where he was going.
